FUSION: EAT IN WORK OUT

Need some tips on how to improve your eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle?

Fusion will be hosting a series of sessions to provide information on how to make better choices when buying food and how to perform effective exercises at home to promote healthy living. 

Sessions will be led by Jonell's daughter, Jazmine Spicer (Health & Wellness Consultant).
