OBF OPPORTUNITIES

Workplace Code of Conduct

If hired you share the responsibility of promoting and maintaining our image both as a member and an employee of OBFM. Our success as a ministry depends in part upon the image we project to persons who have not had the opportunity to hear or see the Word of God being taught and put into practice.  We will continue to attract people to Jesus Christ only if our manner of living reflects a godly life.  There are certain rules that apply both on and off the job site.

EMPLOYMENT AT OBF REQUIRES THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO LIVE AND WORK IN A MANNER IN ACCORDANCE TO THE BIBLE,  OBF’S STATEMENT OF FAITH, CONSTITUTION, BYLAWS, AND WRITTEN DOCTRINES.

Violations to these rules may lead to disciplinary actions and or termination from your position.

All inquiries should be addressed to the current job listing available.

At Overcoming by Faith we want to see you grow and thrive in every area of your life. For those who are job searching we are providing this service to pass on information we receive at the ministry.

Upon employment, your first ninety (90) working days of employment are considered an introductory period.  After which your job performance will be evaluated.

We would like to thank you for your employment interest at Overcoming By Faith Ministries. We believe that we are called to Evangelize, Educate, Elevate, and Embrace  departments, small groups, the congregation, and world at large.
