The Book Of Ezekiel 2026

When Ezekiel was a young man, he and many other people had to leave their homes
in Judah and go live in a foreign land. While Ezekiel lived in the foreign land, God
called Ezekiel to be a prophet and tell people what God said. “When you hear from
Me, give the people a warning,” God said to Ezekiel.
God told Ezekiel to act out some of the things that would happen to God’s people
if they did not change their behavior. Ezekiel did everything just as God said.
Over and over God told Ezekiel to go to places and listen to God’s words. God
helped Ezekiel know that the people would not listen to Ezekiel, but Ezekiel should
keep on warning the people.
Ezekiel kept on telling the people what God said. “God has not forgotten His
people,” said Ezekiel. “One day, you will come together in the land God gave you.
God will bless His people and help them love Him in a better way with their whole
hearts. God will be with His people and strengthen them.”
Ezekiel told the people that God wanted the Israelites to know God’s name is
great and God is to be worshiped as the true God. God is the King of the whole
earth.
God said He would help the people who followed Him.
